We are looking for a Project Manager to join our R&D Group

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our R&D team and drive cross-functional product development projects from idea to finished product. Our output is state-of-the-art laser products for applications spanning from bio-imaging to quantum technologies and industrial semiconductor systems. We work in a project-driven environment where success depends on clear planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and strong execution across disciplines.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead development projects for laser products.  You will be responsible for scope, planning, resource alignment, risk and change management, project reporting, and follow-up through the gate process to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.

To do well in this role, we imagine that you:

• Have experience managing complex technical projects – ideally  product development projects

• Bring a relevant technical background – preferably with experience in photonics or electronics

• Are comfortable to lead technical experts and can facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and decision-making processes.

• Communicate comfortably in English and collaborate well with colleagues from different technical and cultural backgrounds
