About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, board-certified or board-eligible Radiologist to join our growing multi-specialty team in a fully outpatient-focused environment. This role offers the opportunity to practice broad-spectrum diagnostic radiology with strong support from referring primary care and specialty physicians across the organization. The ideal candidate will interpret a wide range of imaging studies, including X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and women’s imaging, based on training and interest. Subspecialty fellowship training is welcomed but not required. Key Responsibilities Interpreted diagnostic imaging studies, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other modalities based on expertise and departmental needs Collaborate closely with primary care physicians and specialists to support coordinated patient care Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and imaging protocol optimization initiatives Provide timely and accurate imaging reports in a high-quality outpatient setting Support continued growth of imaging services across the Portland metro region Optional participation in breast imaging, MSK, neuroradiology, or procedural services depending on training and interest Productivity expectations align with MGMA medians

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology Fellowship training welcomed but not required Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain) Commitment to clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate patient care
