The Role: To strengthen our company portfolio, we are searching for a highly motivated M&A Business Development Representative to map and qualify M&A opportunities within the Vietnamese software sector. This is a position with significant impact; Total Specific Solutions (TSS) is growing rapidly through international acquisitions, and you will be a key contributor to this growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify & Prospect: You will identify M&A prospects and initiate outbound prospecting via cold calls, video calls, email, and social media.
- Relationship Management: Use Marketing and CRM data to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Qualify Targets: Conduct first-line interactions—primarily by telephone and face-to-face—with experienced entrepreneurs and managing directors to qualify potential targets.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to pre-acquisition business activities to grow our portfolio in Vietnam and surrounding countries.
- Administration: Document all interactions and meetings accurately within Salesforce.
Who You Are: The ideal candidate is representative, entrepreneurial, and possesses a "fair degree" of financial literacy. You are comfortable conversing with senior executives who may be unfamiliar with our company.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Sales, or Marketing).
- Language: Fluent in (Business) Vietnamese and English, with the ability to write professional emails in both.
- Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with a methodical approach to a proactive mindset.
- Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week.
