Job description
Overview
The position is responsible for assisting with store operations including profit and loss under the direction of the Store Manager. Serves as a teacher and sales leader in the store and must have the ability to effectively and fairly communicate on a daily basis with all associates ensuring that standards are kept and goals are attained. Responsible for ensuring profitability of the location including sales, margin, payroll expense and delivery, with direction of the Store Manager. Achieving sales and margin goals as outlined. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the Trade Relations program, teaching in-store associates how to sell, maintaining the location, and preserving company assets. Must be willing to relocate (if necessary) for Store Manager position.
Pay: $18-$19/hr plus OT and bonuses

Read, analyze and interpret common financial reports
Blueprint Takeoffs Utilize various companywide systems including Payroll, Invoicing and POS, and Inventory Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds
