Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Commissioning Technician to support the installation, testing, and optimisation of our isolator and barrier systems.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers, contributing directly to the successful commissioning and performance of our pharmaceutical equipment.
- Oversee and support barrier system activities during FAT and SAT
- Perform installation checks at customer sites to ensure readiness for smooth commissioning
- Carry out process commissioning of isolators, laminar flow hoods, and containment systems both in-house and at customer sites
- Configure and optimise isolator systems to meet performance and regulatory requirements
- Document commissioning activities and results in a structured and compliant manner
- Analyse, test, and optimise system performance, including troubleshooting and resolution of functional issues
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction
- Optimize and adjust decontamination processes within isolator systems, including the execution of acceptance tests at supplier sites
- Completed technical qualification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field
- Initial or several years of experience in assembly or commissioning within special-purpose machinery, ideally with customer interaction
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Good English language skills and willingness to travel internationally
- Strong team spirit, flexibility, and high level of commitment
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
