About the Role

Your role is to manage the relationship with distributors and key accounts, drive sales growth and foster customer loyalty of Sound United brands. Help distributors growing the business through performance management. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and achieve sales objectives. Establish the strategic sales direction and develop new sales channel while providing feedback from the market. Identify, develop, and new sales opportunities through proactive promotion. 

What You Will Do

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & profit target.
  • Develop online sales channels, sales innovation, and strong individual commitment to sales excellence.
  • Search for new customers, especially B2B areas and develop new accounts to grow the sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with teams in Korea and Global to establish sales strategies for responsible products.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market
  • Sales-driven opportunity with new spirit of challenge. 
  • Creating sales proposal and promotion collaboration with customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/ services offering, and aligning to provide a solution.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • At least 3-5 years’ sales/key accounts management experience in Home AV related products.
  • Must have experience with speaker brand sales with acoustic products knowledge.
  • Excellent business negotiation and business relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated outstanding sales achievement over several years in home AV products.
  • Deep understanding of the online & e-commerce landscape in Korea.
  • Mature selling skill and interpersonal technique.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, maturity to handle multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Hands-on mentality, flexible, independent worker with creative drive, take initiative, open minded, organizer, clear and open communicator.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, sales and marketing or related field.
