Airbus Commercial is looking for a Compliance Manager Risks (f/m) to join our Prevention and Global Reach team based in Toulouse, France.
Your role will be to identify and map the Ethics and Compliance risks that could impact the company’s integrity and licence to operate.

Your challenges:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Export Control and Fraud risk assessments and mapping for all Airbus entities :
- Define/improve risk questionnaires, calculation methodologies and risk impact definitions to ensure our Heat Maps are a source of truth for the business.
- Lead discussions with main Functions across our 3 main divisions to capture emerging risks and ensure the risk profile matches the reality on the ground.
- Provide different stakeholders with results from the Risk Assessment and ensure that appropriate mitigation actions are undertaken by the responsible teams.
- Promote the Risk Assessment framework via communication channels, awareness sessions and training to foster a risk culture.
- Contribute to coordination between risks, second level of controls and Group internal controls.
- Maintain and drive the Enterprise risk management (ERM) governance for the Ethics & Compliance function:
- Make the interface between the ERM Center of Excellence and contribute to the Legal ERM Governance.
- Report risks and opportunities to management committees.
- Tool and Data:
- Manage the business requirements for our shared risk assessment tool and ensure coordination across the 3 divisions.
- Support the development of robust dashboards that integrate multiple data streams.
Your boarding pass:
- At least 8 years of experience in Risk Mapping and Risk Assessment, ideally within a complex international environment.
- Solid knowledge of Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Export Control.
- You have a keen interest in Digitalization and Data Analytics. You know how to make data "speak" to support legal decisions.
- Capacity to build trust and drive change.
- You are meticulous in your analysis but agile in your project management.
- You have a high degree of integrity.
- You share your expertise and nurture a collaborative spirit
- Full fluency in English.
