Job description

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this Marketing Manager role is ideal for someone with solid end-to-end marketing experience and is looking for a new challenge, broader exposure, and the opportunity to work across a wide variety of campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints in a fast-paced retail environment.

The pace will be quick and work varied and exciting! You’ll work across retail and commercial marketing activity, delivering campaigns spanning digital, in-store, paid, owned, web, content, and customer engagement channels. No two weeks (or even 2 days!) will look the same.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through to execution and review
  • Work across multiple campaign types, channels, and business priorities
  • Partner closely with creative, merchandise, digital, operations, and agency teams
  • Contribute to real business and customer outcomes through meaningful marketing activity
  • Build broad omni-channel marketing experience in a highly dynamic environment
  • Be empowered to contribute ideas, make decisions, and help shape marketing activity

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Strong marketing fundamentals and campaign delivery experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Curiosity around customer behaviour, retail, and marketing effectiveness
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to get involved and make things happen

Previous experience in retail marketing, B2B marketing, digital content development, or customer-facing communications will be highly regarded.
