What you will do: Serve as the strategic architect and lead owner of our technology ecosystem, ensuring our operational data is accurate and reliable across all platforms. Create and maintain the live intelligence dashboards that help our leadership team make informed, data-driven decisions. Identify and eliminate manual friction by deploying smart workflows across our Client Services and Delivery functions. Design and implement next-generation AI solutions, including automated alerts and intelligent reporting tools. Partner with external specialists and AI experts to bring custom technical solutions to life. Empower our teams to embrace new technology by tracking usage and ensuring our tools are truly adding value.
