We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Settlement Negotiator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-level negotiations, understands the value drivers of injury cases, and knows how to push insurance companies toward strong pre-litigation settlements for our clients. Responsibilities ● Strategically negotiate settlement amounts on bodily injury claims in the pre-litigation stage ● Analyze the cost-benefit of settling cases versus proceeding to litigation ● Identify and implement innovative strategies to increase case value ● Review and master each case by analyzing demand packages, medical records, and billing ● Evaluate liability, case value, and mechanism of injury to support negotiation strategy ● Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop and execute effective negotiation tactics ● Manage negotiations from demand through resolution with a focus on maximizing outcomes
● 2+ years of experience negotiating pre-litigation bodily injury claims ● Strong understanding of liability, case value, and mechanism of injury ● Demand writing experience is a plus ● Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills ● Must be comfortable reading and interpreting medical records and medical billing ● Experience handling serious injury cases preferred ● Detail-oriented, strategic, and confident in high-stakes negotiations
