Job description
- Provide administrative follow-up to projects and activities related to LATAM Indirect Purchases.
- Coordinate and monitor pending issues with internal users and regional purchasing teams.
- Maintain control and monitoring of documents related to indirect projects, quotes, documentation and files of the area.
- Monitor commitment dates, deliverables, and project compliance.
- Prepare reports, presentations and basic analysis of information for project monitoring.
- Ensure organization and document control in accordance with internal policies.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Bilingual Executive Secretarial, Business Management or related.
Specific Knowledge:
- Intermediate handling of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Management and functional knowledge of SAP (desirable).
Work Experience Linked to the Position:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, assistant manager, Jr. buyer, or administrative support positions.
Skills/Competencies:
- Organization, planning, follow-up and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication and service approach, teamwork.
- Ability to coordinate and work with multicultural and regional teams.
- Sense of urgency, administrative management, attitude of service.
- Intermediate-advanced English desirable.
