Job Summary

Supervises offshore workforce planning, including succession planning, appraisal, and talent review process in partnership with the central HR team. Identifying opportunities for promotion, transfer, or recruitment within the offshore fleet in specific area and workforce planning. Provides support in employment issues.

Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the HR Rig Partners and HR Resource Center.​
• Monitor staffing requirements and supervises workforce planning activities (labor pools, succession, personnel movements locally and overseas, in addition through the redundancy process).
• Transactions and required reporting/audit of HR System of Record.
• Offshore Absence Management and liaise with Occupational Health and Medical Provider (in location without leave partner).
• Coordinate/Liaise with external companies (personnel providers, external legal/litigation matters, medical provider, government/immigration entities).
• Assist HR Manager policy development, disciplinary matters, performance issue. ​​
• Assigned as the Union point of contact in areas where the Unions are represented.
