We have a new opportunity for an emerging Lawyer or Associate to join our Property & Estate Planning practice in Brisbane working with Heather Beckingsale and Aston Joppich.

 About the role and team

  • Join a large, diverse team united by shared values and a clear vision, working across a broad range of Property, and Estate/Succession Planning matters as well as some Corporate, Commercial and M&A work.

  • You will be the right-hand support for lawyers handling high-level property transactions, and financing arrangements, and personal wealth/estate management.

  • Based in our centrally located Brisbane office, offering genuine collaboration, mentoring, regular feedback, and ongoing professional development and training to support your career progression.

  • Recognised: The Australasian Lawyer 5-Star Employer of Choice, 2025, Stand Out Winner, Wellbeing and Experience

  • Ranked by Best Lawyers Tier, Best Law Firms, Real Property Law, Brisbane 2027 Best Lawyers

About you

  • You will be an admitted lawyer with 1–3 years’ experience, gained in a reputable practice. If you have relevant pre-admission experience, we encourage you to apply.

  • Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded: estate planning, estate administration, property transactions, leasing, commercial contracts, commercial or estate litigation, or general corporate matters.
