The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

  • Gathers and synthesizes information and generates deep insights on customers/end-users/market to make strategic business decisions and recommendations.
  • Analyzes market trends, competitive landscape, and appropriate data to identify and estimate the attractiveness of opportunities and the critical issues/risks.
  • Develops and executes innovative marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth through local activation and engagement (end-customers, channels, and sales enablement).
  • Designs and implements educational and promotional events for healthcare professionals, including workshops, webinars, and in-service training sessions.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to create targeted programs and materials that support the selling process and enhance customer engagement.
  • Works with clinical teams to gather insights and develop compelling case studies and testimonials that highlight the benefits of our solutions.
  • Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • China activation marketing team management and development. Coaches/mentors team members on marketing strategy, planning, program/campaign development, execution, etc.
  • Ensures all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards.

The Skills and Expertise 

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, medical, medical technology, or healthcare-related field. An MBA degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of post-university work experience, plus at least 3 years of marketing team leader experience at a global MNC in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of the hospital environment and the challenges faced by healthcare providers is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support marketing initiatives and attend events.
