About Us We are a growing medical supply retail store focused on providing excellent customer service and reliable medical products to our community. We are looking for a dependable and organized individual to help manage daily store operations and support the store manager. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day store operations Manage and monitor inventory levels Order and restock medical supplies and products Work with insurance companies regarding claims, approvals, and paperwork Assist customers with product questions and purchases Maintain organized records and documentation Ensure shelves and stock areas stay organized Coordinate with vendors and suppliers Help maintain smooth daily workflow of the store Support the store manager with operational tasks

Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience in retail, medical supplies, healthcare administration, or inventory management preferred Basic computer and office software knowledge Experience dealing with insurance companies is a plus Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and take initiative Preferred Skills Inventory management experience Customer service experience Knowledge of medical supplies or healthcare products Insurance billing or authorization experience
