Job description

Senior AI Program Manager role for a 6-month contract position at Belmont Lavan Ltd. The position involves overseeing AI-driven projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions, coordinate project timelines, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders. A strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, the candidate will also identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders is essential to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities: Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programs (200M–1B+ DKK scope) across IT and business domains Own end-to-end program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple teams (100–400 FTEs) and departments Translate strategic priorities into clear program structures, milestones, and outcomes Engage and align senior stakeholders and executive leadership in complex environments Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across program delivery Support transformation initiatives including digitalization, simplification, and AI-enabled services Must-have knowledge and experience 15+ years of experience in program management, IT delivery, or transformation leadership Proven track record delivering complex, high-impact programs in regulated environments Strong experience in banking, insurance, or public sector Deep expertise in:Program and portfolio management Agile and hybrid delivery models Stakeholder and executive communication IT systems, architecture, and service delivery Demonstrated ability to:Manage large budgets and multi-stream programs Navigate organizational complexity and political environments Lead through change and transformation Nice-to-have knowledge and experience: Strong focus on customer value and business outcomes Structured, analytical, and execution-focused mindset High energy, ownership, and exceptional collaboration skills Ability to bridge technology and business Clear, transparent, and engaging communication style
