Bilingual Janitor

At American Concrete Products we manufacture precast concrete pieces for the rail roads and commercial projects. American Concrete Products is in search of a Janitor/Custodian for our Plant located in West Dallas to start immediately! SHIFT: 6AM-2:30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY(SOME SATURDAYS MAY BE REQUIRED) Apply today and start this week! Get your benefits after 60 days of working! Custodian duties and responsibilities Under the direction of the production supervisor, the janitor will perform routine building cleaning, including trash removal of the yard and warehouse, sweeping, and replacement of restroom supplies. In addition, must have some equipment experience such as sit down forklift or Bobcat experience. Must have ability to work with other crew members and take direction from supervisor, must be able to perform all physical aspects of the job duties. Some additional duties may include but not limited to: Sweeping breakroom, bathroom, and work areas Picking up construction material trash around the work areas Emptying trash cans Changing air filters and cleaning vents Maintaining a thorough inventory of cleaning supplies Using equipment such as a bobcat or Dollie to pick up heavy items Collecting and taking out trash

Bilingual (spanish/english) Forklift or Bobcat experience a plus Must be able to work in an outdoor yard setting in all weather conditions Ability to lift and move at least 50-60 pounds with ease Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces Comfortable wearing steel toed shoes during entire shift.
