📋 What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes: High School Diploma or GED (required) Previous QC or manufacturing experience – at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects Communication Skills: Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality 📅 Interview Requirement: Candidates must be available for an in-person, on-site interview .
