As a result we're focused on three business lines: i) Shared Flights and ii) Private/on-demand charters and iii) Sightseeing Flights. About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organized Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist in delivering excellent customer service, while taking on additional responsibilities to support the operational needs of the company. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to learn about the aviation and travel industries, with a hands-on role that combines customer service and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email and live chat. Support customers in booking seats online, modifying reservations, and handling cancellations or changes. Oversee the operational coordination of flight bookings, ensuring efficient execution across all stages of the customer journey. Act as the primary liaison between pilots, ground operations staff, and external partners for scheduling, transfers, and flight execution. Monitor and communicate operational updates, schedule changes, and service adjustments in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Language Skills : Fluency in English and Greek is required; additional languages are a plus. Tech Skills : Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., , Zendesk) and online booking platforms is advantageous. Organizational Skills : Strong multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset. Problem-Solving Skills : Capable of thinking on your feet and handling dynamic situations effectively. Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
