This is an excellent opportunity for experienced site operatives seeking ongoing work with competitive rates for both day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities Assisting demolition teams on site Soft strip and general demolition labouring duties Loading and unloading materials Site clearance and waste removal Following all health & safety procedures Assisting trades and site management where required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Valid CCDO Card (required) Previous demolition or construction site experience Full PPE Good understanding of site health & safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual attitude Desirable Asbestos Awareness Face Fit Certificate Manual Handling Additional site tickets are advantageous
