Customer Support Specialist (Locator Support) | Remote - PH

Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 40,000 per month Role: (Remote / Full-Time) Locations: Metro Manila, Central Visayas, Davao Region Schedule: US Central Time We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist clients using our software platform. This role is primarily chat-based, with email and phone support as needed. You'll be interacting directly with clients, so clear and confident English communication, both written and spoken, is essential. We’re looking for someone who can learn quickly, think clearly, and explain things in a simple way. Responsibilities Provide customer support primarily through chat (with occasional email or calls if needed) Guide users step-by-step on how to use the platform Answer questions and troubleshoot common issues Explain features clearly and in simple terms Escalate more complex issues when needed

2+ years of customer support or BPO experience Experience supporting English-speaking customers Phone support experience is required — this role needs confident, polished spoken English with clients, and phone experience shows you've communicated directly with clients by voice, not only through chat or email Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required — you should be comfortable speaking directly with clients when needed Comfortable learning new systems quickly Able to explain things in a simple, step-by-step way Patient, helpful, and detail-oriented Please apply only if the salary range of PHP 35,000 – 40,000 aligns with your expectations.
