Casual Salespeople

Ballantynes Department Store is looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused Casual Retail Salespeople to join our team. These roles are perfect for people who enjoy working in a fast‑paced retail environment, take pride in their presentation, and love delivering great in‑store experiences for every customer.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional one-on-one customer service, sharing your product knowledge and styling advice.
• Maintaining a well-presented and fully stocked department.
• Using your initiative to stay on top of tasks in a busy environment.
• Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with the team and assist across the wider department when needed.

Successful Candidate Attributes:

• Previous retail experience
• A genuine love for fashion, home styling, or quality merchandise
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility
• A proactive attitude and commitment to high standards
