Purpose of the role
Job Description SummaryTo manage and optimize the organization's data (of vendors, customers, finance and other business areas)
To validate the data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across different systems and processes
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
Act as the SME for assigned data domains (e.g., Vendor, Customer, Material, Finance)
Maintain and improve process documentation, operation procedures, and work instructions
Ensure standardised, efficient, and compliant process execution across all areas
Design and maintain data validation rules, quality metrics, and control mechanisms for assigned processes
Analyse recurring data issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in ERP and related systems
Ensure process alignment with enterprise data governance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Support periodic audits, data reviews, and compliance assessments
Serve as a second-level expert for operational escalations, guiding specialists and senior specialists
Collaborate with operating companies to ensure global process adoption and effective communication
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline data processes
Contribute to transformation projects, migrations, system enhancements, and process redesigns
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
Analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and maintain clear focus in constant ambiguity and change
Effective team-working skills and problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of data management, data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle tools and processes
Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Skills in planning, prioritizing of work on multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
Experience as a corporate shared services process operative
Strong expertise in master data domains (e.g., vendor, customer, finance)
