Job description

We are looking for a Digital Content & Social Media Consultant to join a communication project focused on managing and enhancing institutional digital channels. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven professional with strong writing skills and a passion for digital communication, social media, and content strategy.

Project Overview

You will be part of a communication initiative dedicated to the creation, management, and publication of digital content across multiple institutional channels, including social media platforms, websites, portals, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, manage, and publish digital content across:
    • Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Institutional websites
    • Portals and mobile applications
  • Produce institutional content and news articles
  • Plan editorial calendars and schedule publications
  • Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics
  • Apply SEO best practices and UX Writing principles
  • Use content management and automation tools
  • Ensure consistency in communication and high editorial standards

Social Media Management

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Meta Business Suite

Content Management:

  • CMS platforms
  • Microsoft Office

Analytics & SEO

  • Google Analytics
  • SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs – valued)

UX Writing

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital ecosystems

  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
