Dump Truck & Transfer Driver – Trail, BC Location: Trail -BC Wage: $33.37 CAD/hour (trip rate based on cycle time) We are looking for a Dump Truck & Transfer Driver to join the Sutco Transportation team in Trail, BC. Position Benefits Reliable year-round, Monday to Friday work that gets you home every day 24-hour dispatch team Overtime pay after 60 hours Weekend work when available Paid chain-up and wait time Paid training, new equipment, and ISAAC E-logs Monday to Saturday work schedule 4% vacation pay Direct deposit pay Consistent, steady work in a professional and respectful environment Sutherland Group Benefits Pension program with matching contributions up to 5% Extended health benefits (cost-shared plan) Employee & Family Assistance Program Health & Safety programs Banking partnership with BMO (employee perks) Key Responsibilities Haul materials from Idaho State to Trail, BC Self-loading and operation of truck and transfer combination (training provided) Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Perform pre- and post-trip inspections Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment Required Qualifications & Skills Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence Minimum of 2 years of trucking experience required; dump truck and pup experience preferred.
