As our team continues to grow, we are seeking for a Site Construction Engineer for a large-scale building project in Athens, who will support the main activities related to the coordination of precast element erection operations on-site. This role is for an engineer with a daily site presence, responsible for organizing and executing erection works, managing crews, and ensuring the safe and timely installation of the elements. This position directly reports to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

Daily supervision and coordination of precast element erection operations on-site

Organizing the daily work schedule and element installation sequence

Coordinating crews, cranes, lifting operations and offloading

Managing site logistics

Resolving daily site issues and coordinating with the General Contractor

Monitoring work progress according to the schedule and immediately managing any deviations

Inspecting installed elements for tolerances, damages, or quality issues

Ensuring compliance with safety procedures by all involved crews

Participating in site meetings and coordination meetings with project stakeholders

Submitting daily reports on progress, delays, and critical issues to Management

Addressing critical technical or site-related issues immediately

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Experience on medium or large-scale building construction sites

Proven experience in site coordination and crew management

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure

Excellent understanding of construction site safety regulations

Good command of English and proficiency in computer skills (MS Suite, AutoCAD)

Resident of Athens or the wider Attica region (essential for daily on-site presence)
