You will be responsible for applying mastic, sealants, and adhesives to various surfaces ensuring a professional and high-quality finish. Key Responsibilities: Apply mastic, sealants, and adhesives efficiently and neatly according to project requirements. Prepare surfaces prior to application, ensuring cleanliness and suitability. Work closely with site supervisors and teams to coordinate tasks. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Conduct quality checks to ensure seals are properly applied and durable. Adhere to health and safety standards on site at all times. Report any issues or defects to site management promptly.

Previous experience as a Mastic Man or in a similar role. Knowledge of different types of mastic, sealants, and their appropriate use. Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail. Good physical fitness and manual dexterity. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to construction sites. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliability and punctuality is essential.
