Service Packing Associate – 1st Shift Location: Sterling Heights, MI Area: 14 1/2 Mile Road & Mound Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pay Rate: $15.50/hour Position Overview: We are currently seeking dependable Service Packing Associates for a production facility in Sterling Heights. This position focuses on preparing, packaging, and repackaging automotive parts for shipment to dealerships in a clean and fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Package and repackage automotive parts according to company procedures Inspect parts and packaging for quality, accuracy, and damage Label, sort, and organize parts for shipment and distribution Follow packing instructions and daily production requirements Prepare completed orders for shipping and delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with additional warehouse and packaging duties as needed

Qualifications: Previous packaging, warehouse, or production experience is preferred Automotive parts experience is helpful, but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
