Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong experience in a senior or hands‑on accounting role Solid technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge High attention to detail with a proactive, organised approach Comfortable working in an on‑site, operational or manufacturing environment Confident communicator who works well with finance and non‑finance stakeholders Able to take ownership and work effectively in a hybrid setting
