IT Specialist

• Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Design system architecture and solution frameworks aligned with business needs and IT standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful system delivery
• Review and validate system design, coding, and testing outputs to ensure quality and compliance
• Manage system integration, data flow, and interface design across multiple platforms
• Conduct impact analysis for system changes and provide recommendations for improvements
• Lead or support SIT/UAT processes and ensure readiness for production deployment
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and development team members
• Ensure system documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
• Support production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous system optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in System Analysis, Software Development, or related roles
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, system design, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Solid understanding of system architecture, API integration, and database design
• Proficiency in working with development teams using technologies such as Java, .NET, or other enterprise platforms
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and system integration patterns
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience in project coordination or leadership roles is preferred
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
