Senior Technical Engineer

The Senior Technical Engineer plays a critical role in all engineering-related activities to support the growth of the Busbar global line of business. The incumbent will provide technical expertise to the project team while supporting the Busbar engineering team whilst being responsible for leading complex engineering activities, ensuring compliance with type-tested designs and UL standards, and driving technical consistency across global projects and manufacturing plants. The role provides advanced technical leadership, serves as an escalation point for complex issues, and plays a key role in standardization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Vertiv's busbar product range and strong collaboration across Vertiv’s estimation, sales, offering, engineering, and project delivery teams to leverage common designs and type-tested products.
