Working Student - Department Assistant

• Propose, establish, organize and follow up meetings and workshops with internal and external partners, depending on the needs of the organization.
• Coordinates the organization of events, visits and delegates with national or international visitors at the request of the management board.
• Organize delegations and visiting programs.
• Organize and keep track of meetings.
• Process requests or hand them over to the responsible person.
• Creates documents, statistics, graphs and charts based on various sketches and tables.
• Check emails / Postal services received and prioritize them usefully according to time and content. Provide advance information to those affected.

• University studies on going.
• Experience in administrative / public relations represents an advantage.
• Knowledge of English - independent level (B2-C1).
• Flexibility.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems.
