Job description

  • Manage the day-to-day business relationship with key account.
  • Drive sell-in growth and support sellout acceleration through promotions and visibility initiatives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and account development plans.
  • AR & Collection Management Monitor customer outstanding balances and coordinate with Finance fortimely collections.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Handle PO tracking, pricing validation, promotional documentation, and rebate tracking.
  • Coordinate implementation of displays, POSM, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze sellout performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and account performance updates.
  • 5–8 years in Key Account Management, Retail Sales, or Modern Trade
  • Industry Background Experience in home appliances, electronics, FMCG durable goods, or premium consumer brands preferred.
  • Strong understanding of modern trade operations and negotiation.
  • Comfortable with sell-in/sellout analysis, AR tracking, and forecasting.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
