Job description
- Manage the day-to-day business relationship with key account.
- Drive sell-in growth and support sellout acceleration through promotions and visibility initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and account development plans.
- AR & Collection Management Monitor customer outstanding balances and coordinate with Finance fortimely collections.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle PO tracking, pricing validation, promotional documentation, and rebate tracking.
- Coordinate implementation of displays, POSM, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sellout performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and account performance updates.
- 5–8 years in Key Account Management, Retail Sales, or Modern Trade
- Industry Background Experience in home appliances, electronics, FMCG durable goods, or premium consumer brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of modern trade operations and negotiation.
- Comfortable with sell-in/sellout analysis, AR tracking, and forecasting.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
