We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, to join us in our Market Services team in Brisbane, QLD on a Permanent Full Time basis.

Reporting to the Manager, Market Systems, Data and Reporting, you will play a key role in delivering advanced analytics, data modelling, and strategic reporting to support informed decision-making across Market Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex operational, commercial, and market data into clear, actionable insights to support business performance
  • Design, build, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, data models, and automated reporting
  • Identify and deliver improvements across processes, systems, and data visibility to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to uplift analytics capability and enable a data-driven culture
  • Drive continuous improvement across BI architecture, workflows, and reporting practices

Your background

  • Proven experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role, with strong exposure to operational or commercial data
  • Advanced skills in BI and data tools such as Databricks, SQL, Python, or R, with experience building dashboards and data models
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working collaboratively across business and technology teams to deliver data solutions and mentoring others
