Responsibilities Brasfield & Gorrie, a recognized leader in the construction industry, has an exciting opportunity available for a front desk receptionist in Miami, FL. The responsibilities and essential duties of the role include but are not limited to the following: Professionally answer all incoming calls and ensure they are redirected accordingly Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information Receive, sort and forward incoming mail daily and taking outgoing mail to mailbox daily before it is picked up Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail services Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies Update and distribute various directories and lists on a monthly basis Maintain calendar of conference room appointments and training room events Other duties and projects as assigned Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience in an office environment Customer service driven Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with competing deadlines Team oriented Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Self-starter Brasfield & Gorrie, a recognized leader in the construction industry, has an exciting opportunity available for a front desk receptionist in Miami, FL.
