Job Details Responsibilities Patient Mobility: Safely transport patients to/from units, assist on/off x-ray tables, and transfer in/out of beds or wheelchairs. Clinical Safety: Maintain the integrity of indwelling catheters during transport and practice proper body mechanics. Team Communication: Promptly alert nursing personnel when a patient leaves or returns to the unit. Patient Care: Adapt communication and handling to meet the unique physical and age-related needs of every patient. Compliance: Follow all hospital policies for safety, quality improvement, and infection control. Requirements Education: High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience required. Certification: BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an acute care facility preferred Salary Range USD $24.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
