Job description

As a Medical Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth while positioning our portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for delivering commercial success across your territory by achieving sales objectives, strengthening product positioning, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your impact goes beyond sales—you shape perception, trust, and value.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute smart territory plans, ensuring optimal coverage and frequency of target clients
  • Deliver impactful, insight-driven product presentations that lead to recommendation and prescription
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, and key stakeholders
  • Continuously adapt your approach by understanding customer needs and market dynamics
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen our positioning
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting, translating insights into actionable plans
  • Collaborate closely with your Sales Manager to refine strategies and exceed objectives

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of success in a commercial role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (minimum 3 years), with experience in the Cordoba territory
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Solid understanding of the Spanish healthcare system and compliance environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with credibility among healthcare professionals
  • A proactive, customer-centric mindset with strong networking abilities
  • Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office
  • Fluency in Spanish.
