REQ14742 Administrative Coordinator, Supply Chain (Open Date: 05/06/2026)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrative Coordinator, Supply Chain provides a central axis for the Supply Chain Department which responsible for the general administration / clerical support of the unit. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaisons with Operational Departments for quality control, updating necessary information.
  • Manages routine correspondence and ensures verbal and written communications are accurate, detailed and have been clearly prioritized.
  • Consistently seeks to develop a trusting relationship and working rapport with team members and ensure a positive approach to work and lend assistance to the broader Supply Chain team as directed.
  • Assists with scheduling, filing, clerical, correspondence, reconciliations, and reports.
  • Supports Supply Chain Team in BSS system to create, update or modify information.
  • Supports Supply Chain Team with follow ups and coordination when required.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good liaison skills across all departments (operations / non operations).
  • Timely and accurate preparation of reports.
  • Communication within a multi-tasked workforce.
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS: I. Experience

  • Previous Administrative experience preferred
  • Worked with Database and analytical report II. Education College Level
