Are you an experienced Receptionist or Dental Nurse looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in our friendly & experienced team at Ringley Park Dental Practice in Reigate as Head Receptionist.
The essentials:
- Full-time, 39 hours per week
- Mondays 8am 5.45pm, Tuesdays 8am - 5.30pm, Wednesdays 8am - 5.30pm, Thursdays 8.15am - 5.30pm, Fridays 8am - 1pm
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 per hour in line with experience
- Lead a motivated and friendly team of 5 Receptionists
- Opportunity to get involved with wider practice operations involved with the patient journey and compliance
- Free parking on site
This is an key role within the practice. In addition to usual reception duties the role will involve; team leadership responsibilities, delegating tasks, supporting the practice manager and wider team, compliance and being a point of contact for patients through their course of treatments.
About you

- Previous Reception or Dental Nursing experience
- Previous examples of taking on additional responsibilities & team leadership
- A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
- Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
