The Challenge

The Business Analyst for Local Delivery would provide strategic technical direction along with leadership in design, development, enhancements that focus on improving our delivery network experience. .In this role he/she will provide direct liaison with business owners to define and implement business solutions. Lead project/s team to successful completion and closure of project(s) using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes and tools.

What you will Do

  • Provide Technical Solution for Multiple projects working with the team, in developing and driving integrative Business Solutions.
  • Own complete Technical Solutions END-TO-END; prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, documentation
  • Collaborate with both global business and DT teams to develop robust requirements and processes in a boundary-less manner.
  • Partner with multiple program teams to ensure designs conform to best-in-class architecture and business standards
  • Seek out new industry and technology trends and apply these learning’s to solve business problems
  • Partner with Enterprise Architects to drive end to end solutions
  • Regular Communication with DT & Business leadership
  • Manage Project Tasks in Smartsheets/Service-Now

What you need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer science or equivalent
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant industry experience in working with business teams to design and delivering projects involved in enhancing the user experience.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on development experience in web applications that are integrated to ERP using Java Spring/Oracle Apex or any other application development platform.
  • Strong understanding of interfaces/integrations platforms like SOA/Mulesoft
  • Having a strong understanding of Oracle ERP/Oracle is an added advantage
  • Open to learn and explore solutions from a similar industry to deliver a better user experience
  • Proven knowledge & experience in simplification/automation of the business process

Preferred Qualifications

Any Certification in project management/ERP Supply Chain/Web application frameworks
