BI Analyst

We are recruiting for a Business Intelligence Analyst to work alongside our Gaming Tribe. The Gaming Tribe is a group of teams that are focussed on delivering industry leading online Gaming products and promotions for our customers.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will work closely with our Commercial Performance team within Gaming to understand and explain performance, find opportunities and drive efficiencies across our brands.

T he ideal candidate will have a genuine curiosity to understand customer’s gaming behaviours, a keen eye for detail and have the technical and logical skills to derive meaningful insight from large datasets.

•

Provide performance insight and feedback to the business on our 4 Gaming products by designing and implementing reports and dashboards with relevant important metrics and explaining the underlying causes of important metric trends to the business through data analysis.

Influence business thinking by presenting logical analysis clearly to a range of partners across the business.

•

Contribute to projects focusing on the revenue impacts of changes to products and processes in a fast paced industry.

•

Working with partners from across the business to help identify and explain key performance trends.

•

Ownership of our performance reporting suite, collaborating with partners to identify and remove gaps in our understanding through changes/additions to our reporting.

•

Build strong peer to peer relationships with key partners in the areas that you are working on.

•

Be able to prioritise and adapt to a fast-paced working environment, identifying the key information required in order to aid business decision making.

•

Present findings to partners with the appropriate level of detail, using effective communication to inform and influence decisions.

•

Key skills: SQL, Excel, Data Analysis and Presentation

•

Desirable skills: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, R, Statistical Modelling.
