Junior Designer - 6 month FTC

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior designer to join our SBG Brand and Creative team on a 6 month FTC. You will report into the Lead Designer & Creative, working as part of a highly creative and friendly team.

You’ll get fantastic opportunities to work on high-profile and varied campaigns to support every area of the business where you’ll be able to shine in a fast-paced environment that shows your vision and creativity. There is a realistic opportunity for this to turn into a permanent position.

Responsibilities of the role...

•

Working closely with and supporting Senior Designers and Artworkers with BAU and 8-Week studio campaigns

•

Preparing design files into templates for the artwork preparation stage of a campaign and ensuring a high quality and consistency of work output

•

Taking designs and rolling out across multiple platforms and sizes

•

Working effectively with people across both the wider department and business in a highly collaborative manner – adapting your style where relevant to gain buy-in to ideas.

•

Be confident in working with Photoshop, Illustrator and the Adobe Suite

•

Experience in PowerPoint or Keynote

•

The ability to generate scamps and storyboards is a bonus

•

Have a strong eye for detail, layout and typography

•

Be a confident communicator, continually articulating your ideas clearly to a people of all levels, both written and verbal

•

Be hands on in idea creation, passionate about ideas, words and design, but equally know your place when it comes to development of ideas and the role of the individuals in your teams/wider department.
