Senior Performance Marketing Manager

What you'll do

We're looking for an experienced, motivational and commercially astute Senior Performance Marketing Manager! Sat within the Bet Marketing and Media team, you will lead a group of 5 in developing and implementing a successful and efficient performance marketing strategy - which covers Affiliate marketing, Paid search, SEO, Paid social, Acquisition user journeys.

Whether you currently work agency or client-side, this is an ideal opportunity to join a hardworking team; coordinating multi-million £ budgets and creating campaign strategy for one of the most renowned betting & gaming brands in the industry.

Additionally

You and your team will be responsible for all new customer acquisition targets and delivery

•

You will work closely with brand, creative, customer experience, product development, media & campaigns and finance in the delivery of your strategy

How you'll do it

•

You have experience in PPC, SEO, ASA, UAC, Web Analytics (GA or Adobe) and CRO / UX

•

Be commercially astute, target driven and able to lead a driven and successful team

•

You will report into the Head of Marketing and work alongside the Senior Media & Campaigns Manger

Key responsibilities include: responsibility for optimising all paid and organic acquisition channels, continued optimisation of new customer user journeys, performance target setting & delivery, budget management, management of a team of 5 performance marketers, strategy development
