Graphic Designer of Client Training

The Instructional Designer/Trainer is responsible for training employees on platforms, concepts, and processes. In addition to training delivery, the Instructional Designer/Trainer will also be responsible for content and resource development.

What You’ll Do

•

Communicate important messages clearly and effectively by translating processes and procedures into effective training for internal and external clients on a variety of topics and solutions in Employer Services Solutions Delivery.

•

Translate processes, procedures, etc. into interesting and effective training programs for internal and external clients.

•

Outstanding presentation skills with groups of all sizes and ability to lead live and on demand training sessions. and u se different mediums and take different approaches as required by each communication message or training audience.

•

Master instructional design principles, applications, and technologies through creative research and thought leadership.

•

Proficiency at designing and delivering effective and captivating training to other trainers, internal employees, and clients both in person and via webinar or on-demand materials

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in English Literature, Communications, Technical Writing or a related field.

What could set you apart

•

Experience using Google for project management, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Office tools, and Adobe.

•

2-5 years of experience in a client facing role whether providing service, training, or technical support.

•

Experience with product training groups.

•

Experience creating and driving process and workflow changes.
