Job description

Analytics is at the heart of TDX as we deliver market-leading debt collection services to our clients whilst maintaining TDX’s position at the forefront of the debt recovery industry.

As a Senior Portfolio Analyst at TDX Group, you will work within our diverse Analytics department, providing insight and strategies to our clients. Success in the role will be based on consistently providing high quality analysis and recommendations in-line with the business strategic direction. The role will require high levels of interaction with internal and external stakeholders to drive portfolio performance.

We provide an opportunity that transitions people from Analysts into industry specialists. Our aim is to ensure that our Analysts are experts in their fields and we encourage individuals to work across business lines to broaden their capabilities.

What you’ll do

Delivering superior financial performance and customer outcomes, ensuring daily focus on driving performance on a number of client portfolios

Continuously seek to create and execute innovative strategies to enhance portfolio performance

Provide MI, analytical insight and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in order to optimize portfolio performance

Engaging with colleagues across the business to ensure that analytical insight is actionable and delivers positive performance results

What experience you need

Strong analytical skills, demonstrated through previous analytical role(s)

Intermediate experience working with analytical software

Strong experience of telling a story through data

Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate results and ideas to a wide range of stakeholders and build effective relationships

Good attention to detail, particularly with numerical outputs

Good problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in a numerical subject (Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent
