As a Lead Portfolio Performance Analyst at TDX Group, you will work as a key part of our diverse Data & Analytics department, delivering insight and strategies for our clients. Success in the role will be based on consistently providing high quality analysis and recommendations in-line with the business strategic direction. The role will require high levels of interaction with stakeholders across the business as well as management and development of a small team of Portfolio Performance Analysts.

What you'll do
Leading the Data & Analytics team for one or more clients, the Lead Portfolio Performance Analyst will be responsible for:
•
The design, management and delivery of analytical insights and solutions through data management and analysis
•
Designing, building and developing innovative recoveries strategies
•
Monitoring and communicating portfolio performance throughout the business and to clients
•
Delivering, interpreting and adding insight to MI on a weekly and monthly basis
•
Providing analytical support to internal colleagues and team members and external clients
•
Identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation of debt recovery processes and driving efficiencies
What experience you need
•
Strong analytical skills
•
Intermediate numeracy skills with a keen attention to detail
•
Intermediate experience with database environments and dataset manipulation using analytical software such as SQL/Python/R/Excel
•
Good interpersonal skills; able to communicate results and ideas to a wide range of stakeholders and build effective relationships
•
Good problem-solving skills
•
Good and proven experience delivering high quality output to tight deadlines in an analytical role
What could set you apart
•
Bachelor’s degree in a numerical subject (Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent
•
Previous experience managing a team
