Mid-Level | Fully Remote | Base Pay + Commission
We’re searching for a mid-level Non-IT Recruiter to help us fill U.S.-based business roles across sales, marketing, operations, customer-facing teams, and leadership positions .
This role is focused on recruiting for positions such as
- Team Leads
- Business Unit Managers
- Operations Managers
- SDRs / DSRs
- Marketing Coordinators
- Sales Managers
- Head of Marketing
- Customer-facing business roles
- Administrative and operational support roles
Important: This is not an IT or technical recruiting role . We’re looking for someone who knows how to source, screen, qualify, and close candidates for fast-moving business roles in the U.S. market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing full-cycle recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer follow-up
- Recruiting for U.S.-based sales, marketing, operations, and leadership roles
- Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screening candidates for communication skills, motivation, reliability, role fit, and leadership potential
- Conducting structured phone/video interviews
- Managing and optimizing candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Maintaining consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Tracking recruitment performance metrics and improving conversion rates
- Operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting for U.S. or European markets
- Strong experience with non-IT recruitment
- Experience hiring for roles in sales, marketing, operations, management, or customer-facing business teams
- Full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to assess candidate quality beyond the resume
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines at the same time
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfortable working with hiring targets, KPIs, and performance-based expectations
- Availability to work in U.S. timezone, preferably PST
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems such as Breezy, GoHighLevel, or similar is a plus
This Role Is a Strong Fit If You
- Have recruited for U.S.-based business roles before
- Know how to actively source candidates, not just post jobs
- Have experience filling sales, marketing, operations, or leadership positions
- Can manage fast-moving pipelines and keep candidates engaged
- Are motivated by results, performance, and commission-based earnings
- Prefer execution, structure, and measurable outcomes
This Role Is Not a Fit If
- Your experience is mainly in IT or technical recruitment
- You have mostly hired developers, engineers, QA, DevOps, cybersecurity, or IT support roles
- You only have experience posting jobs and waiting for inbound applicants
- You have no experience recruiting for U.S. or European markets
- You are not comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
