Job description
We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple energy efficiency and rebate programs.
This role is responsible for managing daily project execution, installer coordination, scheduling, documentation, portal submissions, QA workflows, and ensuring projects move from lead handoff through installation and completion without delays.
This is a hands-on operations role focused on execution, accountability, and keeping projects moving. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously, and takes ownership of operational details.
Position: Rebate Program Project Manager
Location: Fully Remote - LATAM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday
Compensation: Base salary $2,000/month | Performance-based bonus | Total potential up to $5,000/month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Operations Management
- Own day-to-day project execution across multiple rebate programs and markets
- Manage projects from qualified lead handoff through installation and closeout
- Ensure projects move through each stage without delays: lead imported, qualification completed, appointment scheduled, site audit completed, documentation uploaded, rebate validation completed, customer approval received, equipment ordered, installation scheduled, installation completed, QA completed, and final submission completed
Installer & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate installers and subcontractors across multiple markets
- Monitor daily schedules and technician capacity
- Assign jobs and manage workload balancing
- Resolve installer issues and field escalations
- Track contractor performance and maintain scorecards
- Support contractor onboarding and communication
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all required documentation is collected: before photos, after photos, digital signatures, utility information, equipment details, required forms, and supporting documentation
- Verify project completeness before submission
- Prevent missing information and avoid project rejection
- Monitor portal status and follow up on corrections
Operational Tracking & Reporting
- Track project progress and maintain CRM accuracy
- Build and maintain dashboards
- Identify bottlenecks and delays
- Escalate risks proactively
- Maintain visibility of active projects, pending projects, delayed projects, install schedules, capacity utilization, and portal status
Communication
- Act as the primary operational bridge between sales, installers, customers, operations, vendors, and leadership
- Provide clear project updates and status reporting
- Ensure fast follow-up and issue resolution
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, program coordination, or field service management
- Experience coordinating installers or subcontractors
- Experience with CRM systems and operational workflows
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline
- Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently

- Experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, energy efficiency, utility rebate programs, or home services operations
- Experience with portal submissions, QA workflows, and documentation-heavy processes
