We are seeking a diligent and experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team.● The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of ourfinancial and insurance systems through rigorous testing and automation.● Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using tools like Selenium,Python, or Java.● Execute thorough testing across critical financial modules, including:● Reporting and Consolidation● Core Accounting (Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Accounting Model)● Regulatory & Industry Specific (IFRS17, Actuarial, Insurance, Re-insurance)● Financial Operations (Investment, Payroll, Procurement, Expense Allocation)● Ensure seamless testing and validation with the Azure Databricks Data Repositoryintegration.● Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.● Perform detailed regression testing to safeguard existing functionality.● Actively participate in Agile development teams, collaborating with developers, businessanalysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide critical feedback,and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.● Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a relateddiscipline.● Proven experience as a Test Engineer, with a preference for a background in the financeor insurance sectors.● Strong practical knowledge of test automation frameworks, specifically Selenium,Python, and Java.● Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and its various modules.● Experience with Azure Databricks and data integration processes.● Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.● Must be adept at managing multiple priorities and performing effectively under pressure.
