Summary The Salesforce Developer is responsible for hands-on development, configuration, and integration of Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related enterprise platforms This role builds and customizes Salesforce components, develops APIs integrates third party systems and collaborates with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver secure scalable solutions Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development &amp Configuration Design, develop and maintain custom Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components LWCs and Flows Build Experience Cloud portals and customize solutions for patient provider and partner experiences Develop Agentforce powered automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified data access and intelligent workflows Configure Salesforce Health Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business requirements Support contact center modernization by integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice Integrations amp Data Management Testing Deployment amp Governance Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables Work with DevOps teams to manage CI CD pipelines, source control and deployment processes Maintain compliance with enterprise coding standards HIPAA regulations and platform governance policies. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Leidos Proprietary approval of Leidos. AI & Emerging Technologies Contribute to the implementation of generative and agentic AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and AWS native services Explore opportunities to optimize workflows, case resolution and personalization through AI driven automation. Required Experience Skills and Education US Citizen or Green Card holder Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Hands on development and configuration experience with Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components LWCs Flow and automation tools Agentforce Data Cloud integrations Experience building Experience Cloud portals for patients, providers, or partner ecosystems Proficiency in designing API based integrations with AWS services and external systems Experience with SF DevOps tools like Flosum Copado or SFDX Jenkins Required Experience Skills and Education
